Good Print Quality
Text quality is appropriate for almost any business use, as long as you don’t have an unusual desire for small fonts. Image quality is good enough to print a recognizable image from a photo on a website, but not for love or money is much stricter than that.
Unless you want mobile printing and scanning, be sure to think about the Canon MF4880dw, with fast speeds and higher text quality than the Brother MFC-L2700DW. If it’s mobile printing but also requires a bit of higher quality text and images than the Brother MFP offers, the Samsung M2070FW is also a better choice. However, Samsung printers also have lower paper capabilities, making them less suitable for small offices or for heavy personal use. If the MFC-L2700DW’s output quality is good enough for your liking, the balance of paper handling, speed, and MFP options will make it a great choice.
