Ink usage is, difficult to quantify precisely, but based on the number of pages I printed versus average life, the remaining ink life percentage seems to be on target. It’s also important to note that I didn’t experience any jams in the 500+ pages I printed, even with the lesser quality recycled paper I used.
Price
The Brother HL-L2350DW sells for between $110 and $120, That puts it on the budget side of monochrome laser printers, but don’t let the price fool you. As I mentioned above, this printer is, much more than its price tag, even without taking into account the actual price per page with the ink cartridges.
Software
The Brother HL-L2450DW has some driver software that you can download, but it’s strictly not necessary, In most cases, your computer should be able to automatically find and download the player for you. This applies to my MacBook Pro and Windows 10 PC.
